The other day I was watching a musical show and saw that a couple of guys sang such a beautiful classical song. It was a very difficult song. Despite it being a siging show I noticed how one of the judges appreciated the guitarist keeping up with every note.

It appeared that it is essential for even a singer to understand if not play mysical instruments well.

I love Indian classic, it's a must for me, as I love the unique sonority of those Indian instruments and melodies. I recall an Indian Classic concert I attended years ago, and I was with two friends. One fell asleep, the other left, LOL. I guess it's not very popular though, but I am a music lover! :)

Indian classical music is indeed awesome. I forget the whole world while listening to it. A good classical music clearly depicts all the hard work and the efforts put in by the player.

I listen to Indian classical and I really enjoy classical music from India. Indian classical music has a tremendous impact on the classical music in my home country. Interestingly the instruments played in Indian classical music have also been adopted by Classical musicians in the country. I like the Indian drum, which is popularly called tabala.

I loved to hear that Indian classical instruments are adopted in your country. It includes many equipments like Tabala, Harmonium, Dholak and many others. Have you heard of others also?

Our cable tv has a channel for Indian movies. One time when I was searching for a good show, I chanced upon this Indian channel showing a poignant scene about an old woman and a toddler. Suddenly, there was a flashback, maybe the old woman was the young girl in the flashback. The soundtrack is classical Indian that I could hear the sound of sitar. I had imagined the orchestra that played the soundtrack would not be less than 10 musicians. It was a great music and the first time I've heard of an Indian classical that has a mix of folk.

I'm really happy that you liked Indian classical music. It is always a stress buster. The mild and soft background music with gentle rhythms are like a big treat to my ears.

Can you please tell me the name of the track that you played? Do you subscribe to Indian music channels as well?
