When I first saw the xylophone in one public school’s marching band, I was thinking how the boy could play it properly. I know that xylophone is not easy to play especially when you are moving, you may need talent for that. And for the marching bands where mostly xylophone players are the young boys and girls, what happens when they get tired? One young xylophone player said that they stop playing when they get tired but they have to keep in stride with the pace of the marching band. When stationary, xylophone is more comfortable for the player.
