When speaking of jazz in the olden days, it cannot be denied that Ella Fitzgerald will be mentioned. Some To Watch Over Me is a long time hit and the danceable Cheek To Cheek is the favorite in the ballroom events. And for the oldies, who couldn’t remember The Lady Is A Tramp? Truly, the queen of jazz had a lot of memorable songs that our parents cherished in those days.

I agree with this. Ella Fitzgerald is certainly one of the greatest jazz singers that ever lived! Her accomplishments and her songs are still being covered by many artistes till date. Her range and vocals are out of this world.

Everyone who really likes and knows the value she brought to Jazz, agrees that Ella Fitzgerald is really the owner of this musical genre. It's clear that many other important names are on the list of top representatives of this genre, but she is the great precursor.

I just love her. She is amazing!

She was great in her own time. She had the fantastic voice and had the ability to interpret her words in the best way possible. Her songs are the real melody to my ears.

That is true Ella Fitzgerald has contributed so much in my music life. There is so much soul in her songs, and i love her collaboration with Louis Armstrong. She made amazing songs that I sing to when I was young. She sang Judy so well!

Ella Fizgerald has certainly made her mark in the Jazz world. To be honest, I'm the kind of guy who is not tied to any music genre. However, apart from R&B, Jazz is is the only genre that has allowed me to be myself, not because of the lyrics, or the beats, just the feeling I get when I tune in to Jazz TV. Ever since New Orleans, I have based my attitude to any genre, as long as I get a positive vybe. Maybe it's just me, but the mountain of emotions I experience from Jazz, is enough to make me change my goals in life, and opt for new goals.
